At Five Springs Farm

We will start at 3 and expect to tour the finished scarecrows around 4:30. We have 3 posts, and the straw & twine on hand for construction. Start looking around the house (and the Goodwill store) for old shirts, pants, dresses, hats, pillowcases or burlap bags (or ???) for faces, and whatever might work on a scarecrow. Last year we worked together to build the 2 scarecrows but this year it would be fun to divide into teams with each group creating their own unique scarecrow. Is it a contest? Maybe we won’t really decide that until you all get here!
