Welcome! We still have shares available for the 2013 season (our 12th!) and we would love to have you join us. Here's some information about our beautiful farm:
Sweeter Song Farm is a certified organic Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farm located in the heart of beautiful Leelanau County. We offer 80 shares which serve about 110 families (some members share their shares). Our price for an 18-week premium share is $500.00 (Please see Membership Information for tons of detailed information and interesting facts.)

We encourage on-farm pickup, although we do provide a Traverse City box delivery option. On-farm pickup includes a "buffet style" pickup where members enjoy packing their own bags of fresh, cooled produce, often taking the opportunity to talk with the farmers, buy additional vegetables, purchase other local farm products, pick any herbs they might need, and share in the "community" of other members. Many members bring children and grandchildren to walk the fields and visit with the farm animals, (Please see Typical Week's Produce Basket for weekly pickup examples.)

Our 80 acre farm is comprised of 55 acres of protected wetlands, 4 ponds, 15 acres of grass cultivation and 10 acres of vegetable and fruit production. We grow a large variety of vegetables as well as strawberries, raspberries, melons, pears and grapes which are included in the share. Annual and perennial herbs are also plentiful and members are encouraged to pick as needed.
Shares for the 2013 season are still available. If you are interested in joining us or would like additional information, please feel free to email or call us. We look forward to hearing from you.
